Viralfeed
Competitor intelligence for Reels and Shorts

Which of their videos beat their own usual?

Add the Instagram and YouTube creators you compete with. Viralfeed compares every Reel and Short with that creator's usual views at the same age, and shows you the hooks that are working for them right now.

How lift works

One measurement under everything.

Lift=a post's views at an age÷that creator's usual views at the same age
This postTheir usual
6.0×at 24h01h3h6h24h72h7d
Illustration. Ages are not drawn to scale.

Read at six fixed ages

1h3h6h24h72h7d

A post at 3 hours is compared with that creator's posts at 3 hours, never with a week-old total.

Usual means their own

The middle value of the creator's last 30 posts at that age. Once 8 posts have been read at an age, the lift there is precise.

A breakout is 4× or more

Reached within the first 24 hours. It is the only threshold in the product, and you can be alerted the moment a post crosses it.

Competition

What are they posting, and is it working?

Put creators into groups and read them side by side, with your own account pinned on top as "You".

  • Agencies keep one brand per client. Brands keep groups, such as direct rivals or a language.
  • Alerts when a post starts to lift. For a whole group or one creator, in the app or by email.
  • Client briefs you share by link. What works for them and the hooks to try, with figures frozen on approval.
  • Every post in one list. Filter by group, creator, platform and period, then export a CSV.

Hooks

What should your next video open with?

Viralfeed reads the first three seconds of lifted posts, groups the openings into patterns, and ranks the patterns by the lift of the posts behind them.

Modelled on lines by @rival.one and @rival.two

A draft never carries a number

Suggested hooks are written from real lines that lifted, and each one links to the lines it was modelled on. The lift stays on the posts that earned it. There is no invented score.

Thin evidence is shown as an early signal with its post count. It is never quoted as a result.

Measured, not guessed

What Viralfeed will not tell you.

How a video will do

It never predicts. Every figure comes from a post that already happened.

Why a post did well

A post's page lists what the opening had, as facts. Evidence, not a cause.

A precise number it does not have

A new creator's lift is labelled Estimate until enough of their posts are read. A missing figure says why.

Anything private

Public figures only. Videos are never downloaded, and of the speech only the opening line is kept.

Getting started

A first read the same day.

  1. Step 1

Say whether you are an agency or a brand

It only decides the words you see: brands for an agency, groups for a brand.

  2. Step 2

Add creators by handle or profile link

Instagram and YouTube. Add your own account too, and it is read against its own usual.

  3. Step 3

    Their recent posts arrive

A creator with five or more recent posts gets an Estimate at once. It turns precise age by age as new posts are read.

Plans

Plans limit one thing: creators.

Pricing coming soon

We are still finalising pricing.

Every plan will have every screen, and plans will differ only in how many creators you track. A creator in several groups uses one place, and so does your own account.

The trial is open now and tracks up to 10 creators.

Questions

Which platforms does it read?
Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
Which languages do hooks work in?
Hindi, Hinglish, Bhojpuri, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and English. Hinglish is treated as a language of its own.
Do the creators I add find out?
No. Viralfeed reads public posts and public counts. Nothing is sent to the creator, and nobody else can see who you added.
How soon is a lift precise?
Once 8 of a creator's posts have been read at an age. Until then the figure is an Estimate from their recent posts, and it says so.
Does it work on a phone?
The app is built for a desktop browser for now. Shared client briefs open anywhere.

Add ten creators. See who is lifting today.
